Complaint Review: The Eros Guide

I was one of their biggest advertisers in NYC category, I believe and kept spending thousands of dollars with this company , they unfortunately monopolizing the industry of the adult providers advertising on the Internet.

Many times they contact me about the DMCA complaint and I provided them with the proofs of the copy rite of the photos when I had them in hands and many times they rejected and didn't approve my ads even after I submitted the verification photos of the advertised models and even sent their legal photos ID along with that. Many times they claimed the photos were altered and was real BS. They of course never refund my money as they have very strict return policy but to keep my business going I had to keep posting new ads on their website over and over again. I notice many times that Eros has many falls photos on the site and even reported one photo that I personally had model release form and the copy rights for and the photo was never removed from the site.I understand that  this company is using big advertisers like my self to re post all the time so they can double their profits. I think it is very unfair for people who bring business to you and I hope that one day some one will stop them from doing this kind of fraud.
