EROS.COM IS A RIP-OFF!!!

I have been forced to advertise with Eros.com for a while. Unfortunatley they have a monoply on the adult dating sites. Since they know this they will take your money and refuse to refund you any money paid even if they mess up.

They commonly forget to put ads on online that have been paid for. If you pay to be placed in specific categories and they forget to put you in them they refuse to reimburse you. They customer service SUCKS you call and if your not advertising in one of there top paying slots you have to wait on hold for 40-90 mins for a representative. When the representatives get online and they've messed your ad up like

put up the wrong pictures,  screwed up the dates of your advertising,  forget to put you on whats new or forget to put you ad online at all

They become mean and agressive and will disconnect the call and did I mention they never provide you with a REFUND or COMPENSATION for any lost monies. So buyer be ware

I hate this company I wish someone would come out and a give them a real run for there money. Please DO NOT advertise with them if you can help it.They will burn you and remember I told you so first.

In addition if you do decide to give them a try and they screw with you and your money please by all means write a review about them the only way there going to stop taking advantage of there customers is if enough people complain all at once.

Remember your business counts and if they don't think so I know someone else will.
