The Erotic Review online Withdrawal of funds from account, despite cancellation. Internet
After an audit of my checking account today, I learned that the Erotic Review online has been deducting $20 from my checking account each month since 2008.
The problem with this is that I signed up only to read a cople of reviews, was dissatisfied and cancelled the account within 24 hours.
The billing company, CCBILLEU.com, says that they have no record of my cancelling the account--nor will they refund my money. I'm in need of legal counsel to secure this refund of my monies. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
