I sent in two rebates for $100.00 each for Sharp laser copiers. The Express Group posted them on thier website three months ago and said they were qualified!! Those rebates are still posted as being qualified and "In Progress" They say 8 weeks...It has been three months! When I called customer support they said that they were moving locations and I will have to call back in 15 days. !5 days later I never can get through to a support person. I have stayed on hold for over one hour. The email contact address is no good! When I fax or send to an alternate email I get no reply. You may not want to purchase products with rebates offered through this company!

My rebates were handed over to another company which issued my checks even though I had to wait an additional 6 weeks!! The Express Group treated me like dirt. They would not tell me what happened to my rebates. They seem to have lost Sharp's business and may have even been out out of business.
Thanks to Ripoff Report I finally got my rebate. I can buy groceries!
