I sent all requested info and received notices saying they never received copy of receipts.

This was for same item (2) seperate rebates totaling $40.00.

The rebate was the only reason I made the purchase.

I know I did everything properly because:
A. I had a friend confirm.
B. There was a third rebate from CompUSA that I received a check using same exact info.

I do not understand why a reputable company would use 'The Express Group for any reason.
