This is regarding my $150 rebate from Express Group, Rebate Center, I recieved the following email from the Express Group, Rebate Center today (3/9/2005):

Dear D Song:

You are receiving this notification because you have not complied with the terms of the offer due to the following reasons:

The postmark date was after this rebate offer allows.

We hope you will participate in future promotional offers.
*********************************************************

I have mail receipt from US postoffice showing that my rebate mail has postmark "03/02/2005", which is well before the required postmark date "03/08/2005". I do not know why you claim that "The postmark date was after this rebate offer allows".
