Complaint Review: The Eye Machine LLC

 I was talked into investing with this company in the second Qtr 2015. I based my interest on statements about the machines capabilities and patents. As well as a relationship. They had established with Dr mike Samuelson. Leading surgeon for eye maladies. He was to head up their clinical studies in southern CA I was later shown Statements via email in the 3rd quarter that they had forged a relationship with FDA. Advisor Morris Waxler. He was to head up rapid access to phase two clinical approvals and was supposedly key in getting trials started in Canada and payments to the company for those trials To this day I have not seen a single thing from either of these two prominent advisors Stating material fact about the status of the machines, trials or approvals. As an investor we are to be paid first before anyone else receives any compensations. I have read on a prior report that they are actually taking commissions on funds raised as well as salaries amount unknown. When I spoke to Lance Eldridge last week he was stumbling for answers. He could not give any concrete updates of any type. He could not tell me where the Canadian trials were being held. Or why the website is not updated with new information on a regular basis. He also did not have any idea who Paul Stone was. I have emails from Paul Stone. Stating he is the VP of marketing. His email is no longer valid The # I have for the CEO is now disconnected. I have lost 6 figures to this illegal and unjust entity. I hope the Feds are reading this.
