Complaint Review: The Eye Machine LLC

The Eye machine LLC investment is a scam.  The principals contracting the investing public are Lana Valazquez  AKA Lana Puleo, and Vanessa Puleo (A recently married LGBT couple from Orlando).  The life partners and business partners also own Accredited Investors Group LLC, and Primary Capital Solutions LLC.  The LLC's are in the name of Vanessa Puleo, Lana is co-owner, evidently by marriage, as same sex marriages are legal in Florida.  

The Eye Machine LLC has contracted with AIG and PCL to raise capital for their $7,000,000 Private Placement Investment. Both women are also paid Directors of The Eye Machine LLC, a material conflict of interest to the investing public.  The Investment discloses that up to 50% of the amount of money being raised, or more, will be paid out in syndication and marketing costs.  They have no revenue and also pay salary for 10 people, and retainer fees to associated knowledgeable partners and principals.  All principals also have stock holdings.  

The deal is a watered down piece of garbage.  Given these amounts of money being taken out for expenses, probably close to 80%, how could the deal ever work?  And, this is the third Private Placement involving this same product and people, kind of like a ponzi scheme, certainly a fraud and a rip off on the investing public.

Individuals involved in the selling The Eye Machine LLC, through Accredited Investors Group LLC, and paid through Primary Capital Solutions LLC are as follows.  Some work in the office in Orlando others work from home offices in the USA and one, Richard Leach lives and works for the company from Spain.  There is no guarantee that any of them are using their real names, as they are not investment brokers, they are telemarketers.

These individuals pitch from a script, word for word, written by Vanessa Puleo, a former High Finance real estate mogul. The only one who fills out paperwork with the clients is her wife Lana, as an Eye Machine LLC Principal.  AIG uses an elaborate CRM telemarketing dialer system called Inside Sales,  they constantly tele-harass investors all day long and nag them into doing this highly skeptical investment.  The System is designed to get Vanessa and Lana as much of the 28% commission paid per investment as possible.  Plus they are on payroll at The Eye machine and get stock shares.  

From my perspective, after reading the PPM for The Eye Machine, and working for the company for a short time, I just don't see the investors getting an honest fair shake, and the telemarketers are definatly being ripped off, exploited and churned and burned by Lana Valasquez Puleo and Vanessa Puleo.  Shame on both of you for running a sham organization, and involving yourselves with a scam investment.  These people could give a fig about the healthcare industry, helping people with vision illness like Macular Degeneration, or helping anyone but themselves.  And with this being the third or forth offerng on the same product and investment:  Now with a $7,000,000 PPM, they are taking a big helping, of investor cash.

Makes you wonder where the payoff is and who is getting the kickback.  This is a corrupt deal in a corrupt world.  Do not deal with anyone associated with The Eye machine LLC or Vanessa Puleo or Lana Puleo Valasquez.
