Complaint Review: The factory covent garden

Dear fellow consumers,

have never felt so abused by any company before!!We arrived and did not receive any of the things promised. No mini facial, no drinks offered until we were ushered into a dark room with a man in who seemed very seedy and smug. He was obviously unsure because he couldn't work the computer that he was attempting to show us the pictures on!

We attended for my friends birthday last week and had an awful time. When we arrived there were no seats so we stood without a drink for 40 mins, then when people left we jumped in their seats very quickly.

after 1:30 mins we say down for hair and make up which was the best part of the day, my Make up artist was friendly and seemed to know her stuff. The worst part of the day was the session itself the photographer was possibly the most rude service professional I have ever encountered he was rude to staff and customers alike all he was interested in was talking about himself and if we asked any questions he was short and frankly quite intimidating. He said he was the owner but frankly he looked like a homeless person so I'm not sure!!!

We have both been to photoshoots before and have spent A LOT of money on pictures however at this place we struggled to find our FREE image.

Anyway I'm not a big complainer however I feel I'm doing my civic duty by saying DON'T GO HERE
