The Finger Monkey the-finger-monkey.com Sarah Parsons Fingermonkeyhelp@gmail.com Total Rip Off. Do not expect to receive anything more than headache and a run a round. I purchased several items from them to make my nieces eyes light up for Christmas. Place order in October and promptly paid with a credit card. Received email saying order was processed and would receive by November 18, 2017. Great news. They even issued a tracking # only it never worked. I emailed them and quickly received another # and sorry that the site was having problems. Informed that it was being sent and I would receive it shortly. Tracking show items still in China and as of 12/17 still in China. I asked about refund and was told once I received items I could send them back and I would receive refuni can’t return what I never received. I got my credit card company involved and they reviewed all my emails and informed me they would credit my account but I could still be on the hook for $50.00 if you ordered and never received anything other than emails will empty promises contact your credit card provider now. You’ve been ripped off. the-finger-monkey.com
