The Firm Inc. (http://thefirm-inc.com) is one name of many company names and websites created by Tim De Vallee to disguise his scam system. Other names include Quantum Group or Quantum Group International (http://www.qgint.com), Digital Universe (http://digital-universe.com), Go-Global Inc (http://www.go-global.us), and countless artificial craislist ads displaying false contact names.

The Scam: Tim (The Firm Inc.) and his very small team promise to build your website (e-commerce, social networking, personal, etc.) for a fair price. They promise a quick delivery and outstanding customer communication. The goal is to get your money instantly, by phone or online. If that doesn't work, they call you in and have you pay in person. Once you make that first payment, they virtually disappear.

I was promised a completed website in two to three weeks. After three weeks, I had nothing to show for it. Each call I made resulted in me leaving a voicemail or being put on hold instantly for 20 minutes at a time.

Finally after three weeks, I decided to send an email stating that I would like to discuss how to get a refund so I can get my website services somewhere else. This is when the scam was complete.

Instantly, I received an email stating that I had no right for a refund and that the project was now terminated. Tim claimed that my $1000 went toward in-house meetings and phone calls. What?! What phone calls? I only spoke to Tim to discuss the basic idea of my website. Suddenly he whipped up a completely ridiculous invoice stating there were $1000 worth of meetings.

Tim De Vallee can scam people based on the fact that each company name he uses, is already a common company name in many other industries. So for instance, if I google The Firm, I will find many companies with the same name. The same goes for Quantum Group and Digital Universe.

Tim De Vallee is a horrible person looking to sneak his way into your wallet by appearing to be many companies and posing online as large legitimate organizations. But the reality is that he slithers through the cracks and out of sight.

Help stop Tim De Vallee from scamming more innocent victims!

Things you should know about The Firm (Tim De Vallee):

1) Fact: He has never tried to resolve this issue, which is why I had to run to the BBB and Rip off report. (The Better Business Bureau has The Firm at an "F" rating)

2) I found other people online who have complaints about Tim's fraudulent business actions. One such contact was from a guy who worked for Tim in the past. He warned me that Tim is a very dangerous person and has stolen from hundreds of people.

3) Another contact I made was from a freelance web designer who was in the process of suing Tim for false claims from his company. Tim had been posting ads saying he created websites that he infact did not create. View the report here, launched months ago: http://www.ripoffreport.com/programmers/the-firm-inc/the-firm-inc-ceo-tim-devalle-4F00D.htm

4) Tim took my $900 and did not develop anything, though because I posted  rip off report and reported him to the BBB, he personally created an attack against me online. View this blog which he posted in my name: http://noel-bass.blogspot.com/2012/06/noel-bass-is-scammer-and-con-artist.html (This action is illegal and as a business, completely out of line.)

5) Tim also posted bogus reviews on my Yelp page and other forums to try and bring me down.

6) To this day, Tim has the opportunity to resolve the matter with me but he chooses not to. Don't believe his lies.

Noel Bass Slanders The Firm

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

Fri, October 19, 2012

We have tried to resolve the issues and offered a refund for the work we did over the 3 weeks of working for Mr Noel Bass (a young photographer) .

He not only refused to settle this matter in a professional manner but has now decided to damage my reputation and the companies I have worked very hard to set up over the years, not to scam people as he has wrongfully claimed, but simply because I run multiple businesses like a lot of US entrepreneurs in the country and the rest of the world. It is very unfortunate that Mr Bass feels this way, but we do understand that it is impossible to please everyone, such risk comes with any company that provides a service. Some clients are more difficult than others and in this case quite volatile with handling professional matters.

It is a shame that Mr Bass has chosen to make such false and defamatory claims on a resourceful website such as this one. Unfortunately, anyone can try to destroy anyone's hard work and reputation over a simple post without any proof behind the claims.

We know where we stand professionally and are confident in our services, we have many happy clients throughout the years who can attest to this. I wish Mr Noel Bass the best of luck in his future endeavors and business dealings with other service providers.

Regards, Tim de Vallee
