Complaint Review: Capital Credit Alliance (CCA)

I recently received a First PlusCard in the mail from a place called:
Capital Credit Alliance (CCA)
Membercard Serivce Division
P.O.Box 46101
Las Vegas, NV 89114-6101

It claimed I was aproved with a credit purchase limit of $6,500.00 a little skeptical I researched this place and found nothing so I decided to call. When I called they automatically wanted my approval number. I asked here for information about their web shopping site. She said it was still under construction, so I asked for types of products I could use this card for her answer was jewelry, clothes, tv's, computers, electronics, tools, cookware, houseware, appliances and automotive items. I then preceded to ask her what brands they were and she told me she couldn't tell me, because it would cause her to show favoritism to ceratin products. I then asked her if I could cancel if I found out it wasn't what I expected or if I didn't have any use for the products. She told me I could cancel at anytime as long as I had a $0 balance. But I would have to still pay the $99 a year service charge. The merchandise that I bought didn't have any effect on my monthly service charge which is an automatic $50 a month. This may be a legit service, but if they can't even let me know what my money will be paying for I don't want to even bother.
