Complaint Review: The Flawless Fox Boutique

I received my dress on and I was very dissatisfied with the quality and fit of the dress.  The material is extremely thin and feels like lycra/spandex instead of polyester as stated on your website.  There was a hole in the back of the dress towards the bottom and I'm assuming that it should have been in the front based on the photo displayed on your website.  Additionally, there were two oddly placed "flaps" on each side of the dress.  Prior to placing the order on Monday, I specifically asked what type of material the dress was made from and I also asked to see photos of customers in the dress I was interested in which couldn't be provided. 

All in all, the dress was very poorly made and didn't meet my expectations at all. 

I've made serveral attempts at contacting this company to receive refund and still have not heard from them.  I was in constant contact with the company and then nothing after I received the horrible dress. I've even had to get PayPal involved since it paid via PayPal and now my bank is involved to get me my complete refund.
