In Feb. 2007, the Floor Store installed wall to wall carpeting in my living room.
In Feb 2008, the carpeting started separating and wearing out right at the seam. When I called Frank at the Floor Store he came to my home and looked at the damage and promised to fix it. He never came to do it and avoided my numerous phone calls. The carpeting just kept getting worse so I had it replaced.
We filed a case with Magistrate Farrell in Scranton and she awarded us the damages asked for. Then the Floor Store hired a lawyer to fight the verdict. I cannot afford a lawyer but did the paperwork on my own at the Courthouse. And am stilll waiting for justice.
