After repeatedly being denied on the Bar test I asked for accountability of the test scores of the Florida Bar. Guess what, the Florida Bar could not verify or validate the Bar exam, or the test scores!!! WHAT? That's right; so I filed a complaint.
The United States Constitution states: The Supreme Court shall not be bifurcated. The Florida Constitution states: The Supreme Court shall not be bifurcated.
QUESTION: Is the Florida Supreme Court bifurcated?, YES it is!
The Florida Supreme Court does not have Jurisdiction to bifurcate the Court with a Title II Administrative Court, { The Bar}.
So if it is illegal, how does it operate?
The Florida Supreme Court has the Power to hurt and destroy anyone who dares cross them or question their authority. One method is to deny hearing any cases that may hurt them.
HERE: The Supreme Court of Florida denied to hear the case.
The Supreme Court of Florida denied to review the process of the Bar.
I filed a complaint with the District Court. They Denied to hear the case!
I filed a complaint with the United States Supreme Court! They denied to hear the case.
The Courts are all tied together in this Organized crime like affair.
There are 50,000 applicants across the Country annually that are denied the Bar without verification that the scores are correct.
As I continue to fight for my rights in this case I am finding more and more people who are being violated by this Organization. I have asked the Governor to help, with a no for an answer. I have put in a complaint to the Attorney General Of the United States; with no response. I have complained to the Senators; with no help. I have complained to the Congress; and received no help.
BUT THE MOVEMENT IS GROWING TO OUST THE FORTH BRANCH OF GOVERNMENT!!!

You are making what you think are legal arguments to people with a lot more legal expertise than yourself. So perhaps there is a reason you failed, in that you are wrong.

- Only 50,000? With the quality of some lawyers, perhaps they need to make the Bar harder so that it is tougher to pass.

WHere in the Constitution does it say anything about the Supreme Court being bifurcated or not? It doesn't. Do you even KNOW what bifurcated means? Did you stop to think that maybe the reason you keep failing the bar is because you are a MORON.?
