Like all the other reviews I've read, I too have lost money to this place! The stories all play out the same - no responses to calls or emails. You never hear back from these folks. The website has been taken down and the numbers have changed. You still get an answering machine but no one ever calls you back. After reporting them to Amex I still have to give them a month to respond! I'm certain I'm not getting my money back! So save yours!!!
