I made a purchase from their website and they immediately sent me an email stating my transaction didn't go through.  I checked my bank and nothing showed up.  I then pressed the button on the email and it took me back to my order with all my information and was given instruction to finalize the order buy pressing purchas, which I did.  within 2 weeks there were 2 charges and 2 packages sent to my house.  When I called to return the second package they refused to send me a pre-paid return label and refused to give me the RN# required for returns noted in the return policy.  The return policy also states if your don't have an RN# there will be a 20% restocking fee and you only have 7 days from the time of purchase to return and I received it in 7 days. 

 

The person I spoke with over the phone told me they have two businesses and I made purchases at both businesses.  The businesses share the same email and customer service contact information. 

I have since then reported the to the BBB and disputed the charge with my bank.
