I purchased a wifi bulb camera to set up and leave in place while I was away fro home. It was an online order and funds were withdrawn from my bank account on 12/18. After waiting about 3 weeks and did ot get my product, I sent an email letting them know I was no  longer interested in the product because of the excessive delay in its delivery. They told me it's on it's way. Another week to ten days slipped by and still I did not receive my refund or the product. I called them again and told them to send me a return label so I can send back the product when it comes.

They failed to send me the return mailing label. Well, the product came approximately one month after they charged my card. Without me realing it, I opened the package only to find that it was the camera. It was much smaller than I expected. I tried to set it up seeing that I opened the package. Well, it does not work: 1. It doesn’t connect to the wifi or internet. 2. 'It has no audio. 3. It has no sd card. 4. It is smaller than what it appeared to be online. They refused to take back their defective product and refund my money.
