Complaint Review: The Garment Doctor - Helen Vitale

Garments were one week late, not a big deal. When my 67 year old mother picked up the garments. After arriving home we notices that the items were hemmed horribly. Sewn waving. These clothes are from Banana Republic, expensive. My mother return and asked the owner to look over the work. The owner yelled at my mother and told her no one would notice and she did not need customers like us. The work was paid for in cash $92. Now we have over $500 worth of clothes that cannot be returned and are damaged.

I have contacted the owner by written letter. No response. I have also contacted the Better Business Bureau.
