The General Insurance my truck has been wrecked for 2 weeks and no rental and no repairs started yet. Nashville, Tennessee
My truck was hit by the Generals insured while it was parked on 4/15/2013. 2 weeks later The general will not get me a rental or get the repairs started on my truck. this is the most horrible insurance company I have ever seen.
