The Gift Assistant failure to fulfill order; failure to inform customers; failure to refund ripoff Cincinnati Ohio
I ordered a gift card through GiftAssistant in December of 2005. Since then they have failed to send the card to me. Now they fail to reply at all and I would like my money back. I have emailed them three times and recieved a response from a customer service agent twice saying that there was a problem with their delivery process.
Now I do not recieve any information at all and their telephone mailbox is full. I tried calling the local corporate number and have not recieved a response. I have filed complaints with the BBB and Ohio Attorney General. According to information from the Ohio Secretary of State office the company President is A.
