I have ordered several gift cards for my clients since October 2005. All of my clients redeemed the gift cards online and have yet to receive them. I contacted Michelle Bella the Administrative Assistant who advised that the company has been overwhelmed with orders and is very backed up and that my orders are being processed. I have called hundreds of times with no luck. I cannot leave a message and even when I was able to leave one, no one called me back. I emailed them several times and I am getting nowhere.
No one, not even Michelle Bella is replying to my emails now. I not only spent $100 for each of the 5 cards but I paid for the processing fees and the cards themselves. I paid by credit card each time and they have billed me with no problem but they have not delivered the gifts or the gift cards to my clients. I have sent them a certified letter because their fax# is not working either. I contacted the BBB and the Attorney General Jim Petro in Ohio but still nothing has been done.
