The Giftworld Gallery scamming catalog order deceptive company ripoff fraud business cashed checks without delivering promised product Broomfiled Colorado
I'm a homemaker wanting to make money in my spare time. I came across this Giftworld Gallery page and they were advertising products you can sell on your own.
It looked very promising and the products looked very marketable (decorative items,knick-knacks, things of that nature).They even mentioned you can be a retailer or you can buy their products wholesale. All you needed to do was send them $25.00 and to fill out their form.
I printed the form from their website, filled it out, and mailed them a $25.00 check.
It has been two months. I checked with my bank and found out the $ 25.00 check has been cashed, but I still do not have the catalog that was supposed to be delivered.
Furthermore, I called the number on the website and it was " disconnected". Their toll free number is an answering device and you never really speak to a valid person.
I intend to take this matter up to a higher authority so these scammers will be prosecuted.
