Complaint Review: The Global Society of Empowered Women

The Global Society of Empowered Women I do not know the other ones but am sure there are at least one other other in the state of New York. I was told that when I bought the Emerald Club I would have lifetime priority and receive emails, magazines, seminars, and other through the web. The last web email received was in March of 2018 and my password has ceased to work on their website. I paid $789 for this lifetime Emerald club membership, on August 16, 2017. I am truly disappointed in this organization. I received a plaque with my name and degree, the degree initials are incorrect. They were to be redone an am still awaiting the plaque. No followup magazine article or others to follow have been received since March of 2018, when I have called they do not call back. I am in need of help in sorting this out. The customer service representative seemed to not be able to answer my questions after I have called. When she was assigned to me and she doesn't return my calls. I was to be given lifetime priority status for $789 and I have nothing to show for this. Very sloppy organization. Garden City New York

Unfortunately I was ripped off of $789 for a lifetime Emerald Club membership.*

 

The GSEW is not a postive network of women, it is brutal sales forces of women selling to women.  For $589 to $789 lifetime Emeral Club membership!  Which I bought for just $200 more.  On 8-16-17 because of their non-stop flattery.  Unbeknownest to me they would stop me from accessing my own membershi within months and stop sending me their magazines, webinars and other information which I paid a lifetime member ship to . 

The plaque that I was promised to see before it was inscribed for inspection was sent with the initials of my degree wrong.  The magazine article about my life was not sent to me for editing before publication so I never saw it nor know when it was published.  It was all about the money.

When I call my phone calls are not returned.  My personal customer service representative probably retired as she was very confused and called me the next day for another transaction which I already had paid.  I had to go through the whole entire scenario with her again and told her I wanted to cancel the entire situation outright which she refused.  No refunds.  

This company is a fraudulent company.  I know that now.  Was hopeful when I was refused my money that it was money well spent.  I know it has been one year and probably can't get my money returned but buyer betware this company should not be allowed to continue to take women for money and not do anything in return.

Can prove with documentation.  They do not provide any receipt of purchase either.  How many purchases do you make with a membership and don't get a qualifying membership receipt with a contract?  There is a problem with this company. Period.
