Complaint Review: The Good Feet Store

The Good Feet Store they won't replace the shoes or give me my money back sacramento california

On July 28th 2018 i and my daughter went to the good feet store to buy me a good pair of sandals. i purchased 2pairs of shoes 1 for drees weaer and 1 for every day wear. The every day pair was too loose so on the 29th of July 2018 I went in to exchange the sandals for another pair. I was told by an employee there that the pair i took home was the last pair in store and that they were being discontinued. I told him that i was not informed of that and he said with a grin on his face there are no refunds and that he was sorry that i didnot know that the shoe was being discontinued. I WAS NOT INFORMED that the shoe was DISCONTINUED .Then i contacted TAwny Blankenship sold me the shoes and she said she weuld order another pair for me and that the weren't DISCONTINUED so now i have been calling and calling Twany but her phone NUmber is shut off and no one Ansers the phone at the store . Now i relilize there is no refunds but i think i'm intitled to the replacement shoes. Can you please please help me.Thank you for your attention in this matter.
