I was looking for to make money on the internet and plan to start up my own business as a Pizza Shop. I was order a free CD-ROM from TheGrantAssistant.com. I only pay for the $1.97 shipped and handing. Ever I did not join yet. I fill out the form for my personal data to get the information. In few weeks later, they were taken the $49.95 out of my credit card without my authorization or email me to let me know. I call and asked them for a refund. they tell me to send them email my copy of my credit card statement. They said it was error statement repeat as I did send them email to correct my credit card statement. I argue with the rep that I need to speak with the supervisor but the supervisor would not speak with me. I told them I want my refund back. they said they would not refund it. I was pissed off. I knew they are lying about the error statement. They kept my $49.95. That was nice, huh??????? Senecaville, Ohio

In few weeks later, they were taken the $49.95 out of my credit card without my authorization or email me to let me know. I call and asked them for a refund. They tell me to send them email my copy of my credit card statement. So, I send them email with my copy of my credit card statement. I have not been receive email from them nothing.

I call them again and they said it was error statement repeat as I did send them email to correct my credit card statement. I was augre with the rep that I want to speak with the supervisor. But the supervisor would not speak to me. I told them I want refund back to my credit card. they said they would not refund it. I was pissed off. I knew they are lying about the error statement. They kept my $49.95. That was nice, huh?
