Sent email to support@thegrantuniversity.com and left voice mail (becused no one answered) at 1-877-207-1615 as per their web site and they still billed my CC when I was One (1) day early. Said they had no copy of either, so I re-emailed the original and they still said they would not refund because It was never sent. They had no reason why there was no voice mail.

I asked them if the email and voice mail is 100% all the time and they said it was! This company should go down! These are not tactics of a reputable company. I viewed their Terms and Agreement Policy and knew what I had to do and followed through and they still stuck me!
