Complaint Review: The Grant University.com

I was down and out looking for governent grant money on the internet. The Grant University came up and I looked at their offer but was not interested. I then received a call a few days later from a character named John Wayne. Just as phony the name was I came to find out the bussiness was also. They said I would be able to try a 7-Day trial @ $1.98, and would be able to cancel at any time. The e-mail seems to be fake because my google can not find it nor the customer support e-mail. I now am waiting on hold 30 minutes so far, on their customer support line. The message service is full, convienently. So on my day off here I will spend it on hold waiting for some crook to answer my call, and I really doubt my call will be answered so my next step will be cancel my credit card. How can bussiness like this one continue to operate. Whos job is it to shut them down, and whose job is it to send them to jail?
