Complaint Review: The Grant University Of Utah

I have a charge of 69.95 on my credit card as of today 10/20/08. My account has also been charged on my debit card on 7/21/08, 8//20/08 and 9/19/08 as well. I do not know what for. The company states that I requested a" free CD" back in July of 2008.

I never received a this CD and I did not sign up for any membership. I have never received any CD from them in the mail. Apparently, "I paid for the cost of shipping" Nor did I receive any email from you acknowledging that I was a "member" of anything or received any "Password" to your web site.

I have called them three times about this matter.The first time I was disconnected. The second I was on hold for over 20 minutes.
The third time I finally got ahold of someone (named "Kareen") who cancelled my "Membership" however was refused the opportunity to speak to a some supervisor named "Jason".

I will be reporting them to the state of Utah Better Business Bureau as well as the Utah state Attorney Generals office Mark Shurtleff. I am also filling a dispute with my bank.
