Complaint Review: The Grant University - The Grant Professor

I was scammed by The Grant Univeristy / The Grant Professor after ordering the infamous $1.99 CD. I went through all of the steps that others have stated to try to negotiate with the company to refund me and they refused. I submitted an online report to the Better Business Bureau and within a week the company has agreed to provide me with a refund. In their response, they acknowledge that the number that they provide to cancel subscription was not working properly which may assist anyone else trying to cancel at this time. I am happy to share the full report to assist anyone to get their refund and make a strong statement to this company that scams to the vulnerable will not be tolerated.
