Complaint Review: The Grey Parrots

Be careful. With the Grey Parrots I spent $8,000 and was given an unusable Wordpress template that had failed integration and no usablity. When Purnendu and thegreyparrots were given direction I was told there would be extra charges to fix the unusable beta-site. They used the vagueness of the proposal to justify that it was "finished." They did not agree to a reasonable 45% refund for the work done to that point.

My mistake for not testing the supposed milestones.

If you work with thegreyparrots.com make sure you have a detailed proposal and do not agree to installment payments until ALL is fully functional and meets your requirements for that installment.

More time was spent by PD at the grey parrots trying to justify more charges than doing work. It was exhausting dealing with them.

I think they try but were in over their heads with the complexity of the site that was being developed. Other than that they are nice people. However, based upon my last conversation with Purnendu, I am worried they will attempt sabotage on my server.
