Complaint Review: The Greyhounds Trackside Bar And Grill

I am actually writing this on behalf of my partner who is currently employed at the Greyhounds working in the food section (Bar and Trackside, Sale Vic). The reason i am writing is that my partner was required to give his phone number to his boss Kerry for work related reasons but now is constantly recieveing phone calls from her whilst she is drunk at very later hours of the night whether it be 12.00am or 4.00am it is continuess. My partner feels uncomftable about this and always ignores ehr offers but it keeps occuring. Also he works split shift from 10.30am till 2.30pm and then 5.30pm 9.30pm but has been told to come in at 5.00pm an extra half an hour everyday but this is not written down. He thinks that there is nothing he can do becasue it is set wage but surely if they were doing nothing wrong they would put his right hours down. I also know of numerous employeeys that smoke cannabus including one of the employers...
Please inform me if we can do anything with any of these issues..
