The Grocery Game ripoff billing scam can't get my money back duplicate charges Santa Clarita California
I completed the $1 trial a year ago and found they only had one store in my area and I did not shop their regularly. So I cancelled. A month ago I signed back up and got charge $10 for a 8 week subscription. When I went to add a store (another $5) I was billed for $15 (3 stores) which added another 8 weeks to my subscription. I have contacted customer service many times and they keep telling me that they can not refund for a partial subscription. I don't want my partial subscription refunded just the duplicate charge or the second 8 week subscription. I am frustrated because they do not keep their information updated and it is often out dated. This is a good way to make money but can't help but feel people should be wary of this scam.

When you sign up it tells you you're paying for eight week periods. They didn't charge you for three stores. It's ten dollars for the first store and five dollars for each store after that. Even if you don't go to that store very often it will tell you when you can get deeply discounted and free products there and I would recommend only going there to get these products because it's worth it. It really is a great service!!
