My initial contact with this company was a good one. The gentleman I spoke with was helpful and informed. I asked him to make a special cable for the phone amplifier I purchased. He didn't bat an eye and made the cable for me. 

Unfortunately the cable didn't work and needed to be rewired. I took in a sample cable (which was working) for him to duplicate. 

When I arrived at the location he was doing an off-site job and wasn't in the office. The lady told me there wasn't anyone else there who could wire that plug for me. This was, at most, a two minute job of cutting the wire and crimping on a new end. I advised the lady that I wasn't very happy with them at that point.

She offered to go call the person in the field and ask him for an approximate time he would return. I advised her if he was returning soon I could go eat something and come back. Their store location was a 25 minute drive from my home (one way).

She went to a back office. A couple minutes later the owner came out and was extremely rude. He told me the other guy should not have made that cable for me. The owner further stated, if he was handling the initial sale he would have told me he wouldn't make the cable for me. I was shocked at his response and told him I would have took my business some where else. He told me "fine, take your business some where else then. I've been here 20 years."

I advised him he was an a**hole and left.

He could have corrected the problem with the cable wiring but wouldn't.  I'd highly recommend anyone avoid doing business with this company.
