I ordered a Wendy Williams wig on line and paid over 150.00 because it was human hair.  When it arrived (and it took a loooong time to arrive - about 10 days)...I pulled it out of the box.  It was a curly wig and you are to mist it with water to get the curl.  I was so excited to get it and wanted to use it that night I misted it to get the curl pattern - and as I was doing that I noticed the tag inside - stating it was 100% synthetic.  i was also disgusted because the wig dig not take on the full look on top - it was like "bald" on top - very thin and not capable of the curly fullness the image depicted.  Well, with the tags off and it misted their policy states they can not accept a return.

Bottom line - after I let them know what happened all they told me is they went to their warehouse and all the Wendy Williiams wigs stated 0 human hair.  What's that got to do with MY wig?  The wig you sent me is not in your warehouse and obviously somebody made a mistake - I sent the pictures to them but because their manufacturer told them their wigs have the "human hair" tag on it, they, in essence said I was lying.

Bottom line.  Somewhere along the line something slipped through the cracks and sent me a wig that was not what I ordered, an poorly made.  There is no way to prove that the wig I took tag pictures of is what they sent me but I would not take the effort to tell them or Ripoff Reports such a lie.  That's just what I don't do...

I just want consumers to beware of this company.  I would advise you shop another company with a good reputation.  You may not get what you pay for - and you won't get any sympathy from them if you try to explain the truth.

Typo Correction

2nd paragraph states the wigs in their warehouse state "0 human hair" - that was a typo.  They said the wigs in their warehouse state they are "100% human hair."  I didn't see a way to edit my post after having submitted so I'm correcting here.
