THIS APARTMENT COMMUNITY IS A SHAM, THEY DISCRIMINATE AGAINST TENANTS WITH KIDS. THEY TAKE SIDES WITH TENANTS THAT JUST MOVE IN AND SEND YOU COMPLAINTS FOR YOUR KIDS WALKING TOO LOUD DURING THE DAY. THEY NEVER RESPOND TO CALLS OR CALL YOU BACK. THEY DO NOT KEEP UP ON MAINTENANCE. THEY ARE LOSERS AND SHOULD LOSE THEIR LICENSE.

I am a property manager and if I had a nickel for every homeowner who whined and complained like a six year old, I'd be rich. Your CC&R's clearly state that noise nuisances are not allowed. If your kids are misbehaved then don't get mad at the HOA for telling you to do a better job. Your neighbors have a right to the quiet enjoyment of their unit.

You are like the women that used to live above me! Your little kids run around pounding on the floor at all times of the day. Do you really think this is fare for others who pay rent?
If you have kids (specially ones you cannot control) live on the bottom floor of an apartment!
Now if you have 3 kids you should not be living in an apartment. Get a house. Buy one or rent one. It is not fare for the kids.
