The Helpppp Agency Tomeka B. Holyfield No Refund for Cancelled Event Internet
I purchased 2 tickets at $95.00 each on Feb 14, 2009 for the 2009 NBA All Star Gospel Brunch event in Phoenix, AZ. The event was managed and sponsored by the Helppppagency. The event was cancelled and representatives from the agency advised that they would refund the cost of the tickets ($190.00). It has been over 2 years since the event and I have not received the refund for the tickets.
The company has been contacted several times over the last 2 years only to reply with broken commitments. On 3 separate occasions (April 16, 2009; February 9, 2010; June 2, 2011), the agency agreed to send the refund only to break those commitments. As of today, the agency has not lived up to
their commitment and refund the $190 for the cancelled event.
