I worked at this company, The owner is a Crack Addict. It is a room run, by seedy business men. They have felons who work on the phone. They collect a 6,000.00 Retainer claiming to enter you into a federal Lawsuite
that will keep you from being foreclosed on. Todd Berkley who currently has A warrant in Baltimore for stealing and selling his moms jewelery is now on probation for drugs. They allow these people to get on the phone and talk people into signing a Retainer. Todd Berkley, as well as the rest of the management team abuse prescription pain killers. They sell medication as well as other illegal substances to other employees.
They have a meeting everydayday to get 50 accounts a week, The managers encourage the employees to con people into this claiming all sorts of Debt Relief on there home.
They Run advertisements claiming to be part of the Obama Program, than bait and switch people into this client attorney phone call.
They do not havetelemarketing licsenses, and put someone who is there for the first day right on the phone.
It is a boiler room, and full of people who are not qualified to handle the scam. If you met the real Mark Hoffman, and saw the real Todd Berkley you would not give them a penny. Everytime they get a new account they laugh and make fun of the new client. It was the most American Greed style office I have evar seen.

Stop discrediting people that are telling the truth! You guys are a joke you screwed me and my family out of our life savings and should be ashamed of yourselves. All I have to say is the former employee of this joke of a law group was 100% accurate on his story! They deserve what they get. I'm sorry I fell for this crap and shame on me for trusting people I thought would help us! Wife was hospitalized at the time and my father was dying. Thanks for nothing you crooks!

The allegations in this post are defamatory and untrue. The author’s malicious tone and accusations are an obvious attempt of a disgruntled ex-worker to tarnish the reputations of Marc Hoffman, and the Hoffman Law Group, in the legal community and among Mr. Hoffman’s peers.
Mr. Hoffman does not nor does anyone involved in the management of the Firm, permit or condone the use or sale of prescription medication to employees. Any allegation to the contrary is completely false and untrue. The Hoffman Law Group employs well-vetted employees, who are qualified to perform the duties and responsibilities required of their positions. While The Hoffman Law Group does hold weekly meetings with its employees, such are not held to encourage or perpetuate “cons” against consumers. Rather, these meetings foster teambuilding and serve to provide general updates related to Firm matters for the employees of the Firm.
The Hoffman Law Group is a true consumer advocacy and litigation firm that exclusively represents consumers in federal court litigation. Presently, the Hoffman Law Group has at least 17 lawsuits filed in U.S. District Courts on behalf of its clients nationwide. These lawsuits have already resulted in significant settlements for individual clients of the Firm.
The Hoffman Law Group intends to submit a Complaint to the Rip Off Report as required under the VIP Arbitration process. It is our firm belief that this process will prove that the author of this post has caused false and defamatory information to be published, and that the Rip Off Report will be required to redact the entire statement.
