The Hollywood Collection Biz The stylist that operates this unit is taking money from customers! She will ask for a deposit, then cancel and never return your money. Very shady business!! No receipts for deposit and she randomly stopped responding to messages regarding the issue. Sounds like theft "the nice way”. Detroit Michigan
Bottom line is the business model, prices and customer service is corrupt. To run an open platform in the market like this is unbelievable. It’s not about how well the service is, but lack of due diligence to account for money stolen from customers with promises of services that were never granted.

The same thing happened to me. I scheduled an appointment for her on tour. My oringal appoiontment I never heard anything from her after multiple times of trying to reach out to get an address. she finally reached out to me day of appointment explaining an horriffic weekend she had, me trusting her I understandbly rescheduled my appointment to yesterday. Once again same thing im texting asking for an address except this time my appointment time comes and goes and up until today i have not heard anything from her. I've reached out via text, call,voicemail, Instagram DM &comments. She has been more than active on social media and has not refunded me my deposit. I travel to Michigan offten and know many people in Detriot, I would never reccommend her nor attempt to go to her ever again. Her hairstyles look nice but its not worth the drama.
