This company and David Prentice are total scam artists. They buy junk properties in Detroit and then sell them to people on land contracts. They promise that the land contract will build credit but the properties aren't worth the down payment. They are a total scam ripping off hard working Detroit residents. The houses are unsafe and the owner of the company is a complete scam artist

I have friends who have been helped by Home Team Detroit in home ownership. Can this report how they are ripping people off? Since I have heard nothing but good things I am confused at this. This seems like a troll "they are horrible" post with absolutely no evidence
