I purchased the Hoover Tempo bagless vacum cleaner at Sears 9 months ago.It is a piece of crap, and the worst vacum cleaner I have ever had.It clogs after 2 minutes of use, and has to be unclogged every time I use it.I paid 75.00 for the vacum cleaner. After 3 months, Sears will not replace the vacum cleaner or refund the amount. At this point I am not able to find the receit. I would like to know how your company would like to take care of this situation, that I may continue to be a
satisfied Hoover customer.I would be interested in a full refund from Hoover.Thanks.

Chris

Aren't vacuums supposed to suck?

I don't find fault with Hoover on this, they offer a warranty and it appears that you have not even attempted to find out if there is a mechanical reason that you are having problems. Follow their suggestion and contact a repair center. If they are unable to fix the problem, then go back to Hoover explaining that.
