For all of those considering thg, do not!

It is not worth a single ounce of your time. You will be exploited, harassed, embarrassed, and paid barely minimum wage to work in the most unprofessional work environment you can imagine.

However, If you want to work for a manager who is a coke head and will pressure you to join in, then you have found the right place to work. If you consistently get dui's and find it fun to be locked up, then this is the right job for you (you will fit in with much of their management). If you like hearing the word cu*t, bit*h, d****e bag, fu*k, and any other profound swear word, then this is the right job for you.

You are lucky if you get to quit the job. Most likely, you will be pulled into "the room" and fired on the spot with NO warning at all. Their reasoning will be "productivity". No I did not buy into their "process" because their "process" doesnt work! The sales director, who keep in mind is the leading sales director of NA, is rumored to make less than $75,000 a year! So when they show you that wage chart and say you can make six figures think again.

Commission on the sale is 10%. But do not expect to get 10%. There is a 24% sales charge included in that price that you will not get commission off of (which they fail to tell you in the interview), plus all the taxes being taken out. You get about half of that. Thats if you even get the sale without you manager stealing it first.

You are expected to make a sale each month. Sound easy? Think again. When your managers are not even making sales, you know something is up....

Although I can go on for hours, I will wrap up with 1 final thing. If you make it a month, HR will set up a meeting with you to discuss how you are doing and how your feeling, etc. Sound harmless? It should be. But everything you tell Laura, she will run to your manager with and share everything. So although she convinces you it is confidential, it is not. There are laws against this and I am certain THG will see the repercussions of their actions.
