The Hotel Card thehotelcard.com Discount on Hotel Stay Internet

I made my reservation for the Hotel per the instructions on the site. My travel was in Sept. 2012. I had a 50.00 discount per the hotel card and according to the invoiced confirmation from thehotelcard.com. I was to be invoiced the full amount and then get reimbursed in 2 or 3 weeks either by check or direct to my credit card. They don't answer the phone. You call and all options tell you the same thing to contact them by email at support@thehotelcard.com. I have sent 5 e-mails in the last week including the information about the confirmation and order numbers with the stated policy that reimbursement will commence by check or credit card credit within 2 to 3 weeks. No response. Do not deal with this company as you can't contact them. There is no address on the website.  Calling leads you to no human being. Please see my booking confirmation below with stated policy:

I tried to use their card received for attending a travel presentation. When I went to  use it they said it had expired with the date they go by as the starting date is the date thje travel company receives the card not when you the ultimate customer receive it. None of these companies has provided me with such information. Per their explanation, the card could be expired before you receive it. Don't accept this card as a "gift"for attending a presentation, too many things that may keep you from receiving the promised benefit. I also had trouble getting a response from them by phone.
