The lighting xchange called us to see if we would be interested in lighting products. I told them not at this time. Well the salesman start to use diseptive sales tactics and decided on his own to ship a case of 18 watt/fl/ledr/eco 4 foot light bulbs.
We receive a case of bulbs with no invoice of course. A few weeks or a month later the invoice came. It was a invoice for $1,178.10 for 12 bulbs. I'm thinking to myself are you kidding me. Like one of your other complaints said lets do the math. $1,178.10 divided by 12 = $98.18 for each bulb. Then we get another shipment of 12 bulbs 13 watt ledr/ecofirst/ll not authorized by us. This invoice total was $782.90 for 12 bulbs. I'm thinking what a deal, only $65.00 per bulb.
This company uses diseptive sales pitches and they send you products without your authorization.
Will not even try to send them back because they will just send them back to us and I will only pay these when hell freezes over. If I'm nice I may pay only what the average cost of these bulbs go for on the retail level. I will think about it. They took a gamble by sending these to us. They tried to rip us off and our residents. I will fight for our residents everytime when someone trys to rip them off.
