the International Award Payment Center which is located with the address of 1401 Armour Road, North Kansas City MO, 64116 USA has been sending me these award letters and asking me to send $20 CAD for the total amount of $15,000.00 in winnings, i will not send anyone money that i dont know what its for cus i never entered this contest and have no idea how they got my name and address in the first place, this is a scam and they make it look so official with thier documents
