Complaint Review: The International Award Payment Center

I am a full time student and have been filling out for scholarships through the school for my education. This is the only way I know of that these people have gotten my info. I recieved a letter that said I won a math competition, and it just so happens I have been in a math competition. The only reason I double checked is because I didn't remember "the real cash prize" being that high. Subsequently when I typed in the info on the form I recieved, I got all the reports. After reviewing all the reports, and comparing my forms with the complaints, I realized I have the same false documents. Finally in turn I filed my report also.
