Complaint Review: The International Library Of Photography

These folks are indeed artists in the dishonesty business. I like many others submitted a photo, was told that it would be published, but each time that I check the publication is put off yet again, or I'm told that my photo hasn't been selected by the committee for publication.

They have $160.00 of my money and I have no product in return. I sure wish that there was some way that all of the people that have been lied to, cheated, and had dreams ripped apart could at least recover their funds.

There should be some way these people could be stopped. It's hard to tell how many times this has happened.
