The International Library of Photography ripoff I paid them $150 for a book that was to have my photo published in September 2002 & have yet to receive it fraud ripoff Owings Mills Maryland
I haven't received a book entitled "Filters of the Imagination" featuring my photo "Cloudburst". I sent them a personal check for $150.00 which they promptly cashed. I've tried to contact them by phone only to be put on hold indefinitely. They also have an invalid email address. I want my money back or either the "so called" book. Thanks if you can help me.
