My already completed Website was to be transferred in 10-14 days according to the congratulations letter dtd 3/28/06. I transferred my Domain Name and was told over and over it would be just a few more days until 4/26/06 and I finally received an email that indicated what phase of the process they were in, but I still did not have a workable site.

I was told there would be no problem with the transfer and all of the technicalities would be taken care of by ispeedway as they were experts at transfering from one server to another.

I told them the same day they charged my Credit Card that I wanted my money back as I did not feel comfortable with all the stuff I had been told plus I checked the Ripoff Report after I gave them my Credit Card No. and I did not like the reports on them. I made a big mistake.

I was looking for a new server that would help with the advertising and submission to the search engines, but after a few days it was obvious they do not return phone calls or answer emails so how could I expect to do business with them??

I disputed the charge with my credit card bank as ispeedway told me there would be no refund so I felt that since the bank would take a month or more I would see how it worked out and there was still no guarantee that the bank would be able to help me.

My Website was up about May 1st? and the pages were not useable as the products they supplied me with were not on my content pages, the products were not categorized,were poor sellers, there were no policy pages and they told me they do not do a site map? Needless to say it was an unprofessional and unuseable website at that point and would take more time to get it workable.

I felt that since I was in this so deep and the time that had elapsed (they do this on purpose) I should reverse the dispute and as I logged into my Website, IT WAS CANCELLED.

They have my money, I have no Website and they are real SCAM ARTISTS. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM - their service is negligent, they do not care about anything except RIPPING PEOPLE OFF.
