Complaint Review: The_ioutlet

The_ioutlet They send me damaged iphones 5s Plymouth Nationwide

One of the owners of The_ioutlet, Liam, sent me damaged iphones. I performed the return procedure of damaged iphones according to the rules of the_ioutlet company and its owner Liam. They received the damaged iphones and sent damaged again saying that the warranty period had expired.

The return process was as follows as can be confirmed by Exchanged emails between me and Liam.

On the 6 of April 2015 I make a transfer for the iphones.
On the 8th of April 2015 Liam got the money.
On the 16th of April 2015 I received the order.
On the 20th of April 2015 I ask for a UPS return label. Liam Told Me That We gonna to send me one.
On the 29 April 2015 he finaly send me one UPS stamp.
On the 15 may the iphones cam with issues que are Reported in return number 5.

Now they only solve the problem if I buy more iphones.

They do not trust this company or in your owner Liam.
